Generally, custom-printed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Since each item is uniquely created based on your specific design and preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items printed accurately according to your approved specifications. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

a. Garment subjectivity (size, fit, fabric weight, color)

It is essential to carefully review all product details and consult sizing charts and guidelines before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit concerns, or personal preferences regarding the garment.

b. Minor variations in color, print scale, or placement
Slight variations are expected due to the nature of our organic pigments and sustainable printing processes. We use standard print placements designed to ensure consistency across all sizes and body types, but print placement can naturally vary by up to 1 inch in any direction. The scale of your print remains consistent across all garments, though it may appear slightly larger or smaller depending on garment size.
