2. Orders & Customization
- All orders are processed based on the artwork, design, and specifications provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all designs submitted are free from copyright or trademark infringement. By submitting a design, the customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce the design.
- We reserve the right to reject any design that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of legal regulations. This includes but is not limited to, hate speech, illegal content, or explicit material.
- Customers must provide artwork in the required format and resolution as specified on our website. Failure to provide a high-quality file may result in delays or suboptimal print results.
3. Pricing & Payment
- The price for custom T-shirts is as stated on our website or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
- Full payment is required before any order enters the production stage. We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, online transfers, and other payment methods listed on our website.
- Any discounts, promotions, or special offers must be applied at the time of order placement and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Production & Turnaround Time
- Standard production time is typically 10 business days from order approval and payment confirmation. Production times may vary based on order volume, complexity, and seasonal demand.
- Rush orders may be available at an additional cost, subject to capacity. Customers should confirm availability before placing a rush order.
- Delays caused by customer inaction (e.g., failure to approve mockups, delayed artwork submission) will not count towards the estimated turnaround time.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, material shortages, or extreme weather may impact production times. We will notify customers of any such delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer a range of shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather disruptions, or other external factors.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
- Any damage to products during transit must be reported within 3 days of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
- Once a customer approves the digitally provided mockup, they acknowledge that the final product will be produced exactly as per the approved design. Therefore, strictly no refunds, cancellations, or modifications are allowed after approval.
- Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the mockup for design accuracy, spelling errors, print placement, color representation, and garment sizes before giving their final approval.
- We do not accept liability for customer errors, including incorrect design submissions, typos, wrong size selection, or dissatisfaction with the final appearance if it matches the approved mockup.
- If a customer believes their order contains a defect (e.g., incorrect print, manufacturing flaw), they must report the issue within [X] days of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence.
- In cases of proven defects or production errors, we will either replace the defective item or issue a refund at our discretion. The defective item may need to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please check measurements carefully before placing an order.

- Customers retain the rights to their original designs; however, by placing an order, they grant us permission to use images of the final product for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
- We do not claim ownership of any customer-submitted artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
